The Daily UC was about our fun, vintage store in Dallas: Uptown Country Home. Now that the shop is closed, it is a home for the latest works of the former shop owner, artist Jenny Grumbles.

Frantiques Salvaged Drawer Rolling Shelf, $268. Mom took 6 discarded & unsought drawers to create her new shelf. She added wheels for easier maneuvering in an office or playroom. Extraordinarily talented stylist, Uptown Country Home customer, and best friend Bianca Elliott wheeled and dealed at a local antique mall for this new painting for her living room. Her retro chair, with original vintage leather upholstery, is a find from when she first moved in. We painted it purple, her signature color.
